- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions for Baking Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, convection heat (or 200°C, static heat).
- Oil a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place the salmon steaks in the dish, skin side down.
- In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
- Generously brush the fish with this marinade over the entire surface and sides. Pour the rest on top.
- Place a slice of lemon on each fillet.
