Mexico’s favorite and all of us’s

Well, wait, we got sidetracked. Let’s get back to the subject of tacos: And yes, how could it not be our favorite if it is the most versatile recipe in the world! To put it very simply, just like fajitas and burritos, tacos are a tortilla in which we put things inside. The difference between these dishes is that in the first two, wheat tortillas are used, and for tacos, corn tortillas are usually used. They are also usually smaller.

In Argentina, we usually use the rapiditas type dough, it’s our variation . The taco dough is made with wheat flour and if you read the recipe you will also find my secret for when I don’t have time or desire to make the dough. Big secret, huh! So don’t spread it around or everything will go bad.
