Baked pasta with sausage
Baked pasta with sausage and besciamella sauce a real treat! This is a white baked rigatoni that is very simple to make, a baked pasta gratin with sausage ragù, besciamella and parmesan, so with very few ingredients and super tasty.
The preparation of baked pasta with sausage ragù is very easy, in a short time you will have your tray of steaming and succulent pasta gratin, I chose to prepare baked rigatoni with sausage and besciamella sauce because I love this type of pasta but you can easily use the pasta that you like the most, the important thing is that it is short pasta, I prepared a white sausage ragù but you can also prepare the sauce with sausages with tomato puree.

You can revisit this first course by adding provola or mozzarella , I did not add them because my daughter Sara does not like stringy recipes, incredible but true.
